 This was taken in Midtown Manhattan, 6th avenue, from behind those two statues which I don't know the name of.

The statues (outside of the shot) are surrounded by a thin constantly-moving layer of water. Its very elegant.

Its a bit of a long exposure, to let the water smooth itself out.

good tonal range. Just enough detail to indicate substance, but not enough to distract from the subject. The back lighting is captured well also.
