This is one of two shots I gave a 10 in this challenge. I absolutely love it. I'm shocked it didn't place higher!

Dramatic and interesting attire. I would have cropped right above the skin line so as to maintain the strength of the beautiful blue gown without downward interruption. Bump.

interesting choice to put your face so small in the top left. It doesn't work for me but you were obviously going for something here and it was a purposeful decision. The colors and lighting work well.
