 ....and no, it's not Timothy, despite the disheveled look about me. First person that makes THAT connection gets punishment LOL! Just woke up, putzed around a bit, set some lights and a black velvet background and shot in three different camera positions. The lighting is a bit harsh....I agree already. But diffusing wasn't really a possibility with the lighting setup. My character acting days aren't over yet....oh well.

Post: Convert from raw with a +0.33 exposure compensation. Layer adjustments for levels, brightness/contrast and hue'saturation. Some spot editing on the side of my ear and in and around my eyes, cloning, mainly and healed a spot or two on the background on the right.

OK?....well now I can got and get shaved and showered and all and get ready to try a long exposure shot that I hope can come close to what I want and do a little shopping and dinner. Got to celebrate not having been layed off the other day...or commiserate...it will depend on my mood. LATER!

that i like. The hair is pretty sweet and the look makes you wonder whether a hug or a punch is on its way.

Very good capture with squinted eyes and slightly curled lips. The tilt adds to the great compositional balance. Sharp and clear. Bump.

Lighting is perfect but don't think this is your best pose...the eyes, the eyes...should show more

Nicely real. Like the disheveled look. I can see "leery" in that you're leery of doing a self portrait, but you almost look distrustful of your audience too. Very nice work - great light!
