| Excellent macro! DOF is used so wonderfully to build the composition on this. Very nice lighting as well. |

| Simple, yet refreshing. I like the two complementary colors. The soft background colors also help. Maybe just a tad more depth (1/2 stop - 1 stop). Still great photo, and high marks from me. |

| The orange really stands out against the white here which is a good effect. I would have liked a deeper dof to get the detail where the head is conneted to the stem. It also seems that on the out of focus orange areas there seems to be a shadow/halo on the bottom edge. would maybe have tidied that up, other wise very nice. |

| Lovely DOF. That touch of green along the bottom is a nice contrast to the orange of the dying blossom. |
