Nice composition, poor editing, expect more post process in an advanced editing challenge.

not much excitement here

Nice concept. Too much foreground mud...

Had the focus been on the town I feel this would have worked mush better. As it is my eyes are drawn and held on the crest of the foreground, which sadly has little interest.

I'm not sure if your aperture is wide enough. The sand in front is out of focus.

Has the makings of a great shot, love the layers of land though for me the bottom third being out of focus just doesn't work for me.

It is a good attemt but I feel it does not work at all. The mud in the foreground dominates the picture and it is very hard to slog our way through it to get to the town in the background. The focus seems to be on the mud in the middle. Just using the top third of the picture in a landscape crop would have been better (although not qualified then for this challenge).

the foreground does not add to the photo in my opinion. More of the city itself would have been more appropriate for this title.

interesting lines. A little too shallow DOF.

This is an interesting composition. I think it would be improved if the foreground were in focus. Then, the lines of the furrows would be more pronounced and better at leading the eye into the rest of the shot.

The foreground is not as interesting as the background.

Nice composition. I think a little more depth of field to bring the immediate foreground into focus, would improve the photo.

The blurry foreground is a bit distracting here.

If you are going to use the foreground in this way it is disasterous if you don't keep it in focus. Use a deeper depth of field and a long shutter speed to avoid this problem
