It looks like the scene on the ground is dark and a bit featureless, but the sky is blown out.

Nice, peaceful composition. I wish the fountain stood out a little more, perhaps a bit of extra local contrast might help with that. There also looks to be a couple dust spots in the sky that you could have removed given that this was advanced editing.
