Kinda surpise and not suprise this scored so low. I assume the subject manner played a little into the scoring.
From the comments it seems people thought I did some heavy processing, not the case. Actual all I did is desat the background, Little contrast & levels. This was a shot from a Aids charity event I did. This couple purchased several prints of this shot. It was a tough shoot, could only use one strobe, subjects to close to back drop. Shot and printed on site. No editing just cropped and print. Adjusted contrast and sat in camera.

I gave you an 8 for the challenge. I thought/think the photo has a certain arty element in it and that's what makes it worth the view.

Appreciate including context of the shoot (I assume a Halloween party) it is interesting, as are the subjects, must have been fun - enjoy the memory time aspect.

That's you twice right? What happened to the ear? Oh, no make-up because it was covered in the first 'character' with the wig. Right?

I'm confused by the skin tones. How much is makeup and how much is tweaked?

Interesting subjects. The light seems a little strong refelcting off of the makeup. Wish they were looking in the same direction.
