Good photo. (I'm being frank - NOT to offend) I like the subject very much; the angle is good. Perhaps a bit tighter crop. I do like how the horizon line is blended. Yet, there is something that is not working for me. I have been putting off the comment - but keep coming back to the thumbnail. The image is attractive - catches my eye - but I think maybe the lighting is off a bit - but not sure if it's good or not. So I'm torn on what to say...All in all a good photo - 7 Ruthann |

Nice colour and item and good that it's not straight perpendicular to the camera. |

excellent work with the lighting and background preparation for this shot... a little extra depth of field to keep the entire truck in focus would have worked a little better for me :) good shot ... - jmsetzler |

Evocative image ... nice and simple - (I would have touched out the hair on the ladder, though!) |

Good shot but DoF is too narrow. Front and rear of the toy are both slightly out of focus. Good light and subject. |

The lighting is a bit flat, i might have tried some other sources with a longer exposure to really make the truck "pop" .... besides that have you noticed that it looks like hes got a big surf board on top of the truck? Ronin -6 |

This is an accurate and well done portrayal of something old. A darker background and sharper focus to the back of the truck would have been better in my opinion. =6 syamjonimi |

Almost a wide enough focal range (tad more would have helped). Challenge well met. Framing is O.K. Intersest is a tad low (maybe a match lit, some small fire, some red lighting, that sort of thing might have helped). Started you as a 6, but it's more like a 7. Swash |

I like this, but I think it could have done with a bit more depth of field, if that was at all possible, or if not, perhaps less, and just focusing on a particular element of the toy. |

Old toys...so interesting ! You took this with a great b/g and crop. I would like to see the back end more in focus. More so since it's such a tight crop and single subject. Still..nice photo. Shiiizzzam |

A wider focus so the back of the truck is not out of focus would be nice. |

Front and rear if the truck are blured. |

Nice choice. Focus is a bit soft on the back part. Good color, lighting... |
