2nd day to pursue the WIND challenge. 1st day resulted in the same flags but in black n white. It was a rich image but no wow factor. So I ventured out to do the same flags in a different perspective, had clouds this morning, bonus. It was VERT VERY windy and TOO COLD, froze my hands off so I only took about 6 shots. I cropped out part of the left border of photo with a 3rd flag in it. It was too far away from the 2 other flags and too close to the border. I might have workded ok because of the clouds which looked even more wind swepted.
CROPPED, HUE/SAT, TINT, NOISE REDUCT, STRAIGHTEN, AUTO FIX BRIGHT/CONTRAST.

POST: Voters did not see the strong wind? or thought it was blurry? or did not like the color?
I still like it,
MET CHALLENGE definitely showed the wind, FLAGS WRAPED AROUND POLE.
Colors to convey the cold blustery morning.
It is not blurry, poles are very clear, just the flag rope swaying.

Still striving to get my average to at least a five.

Meets the challenge as far as shoing the wind and it's effect. A bit too long in exposure, maybe, since it loses definition of what is being windwrapped (though it's clear they're probably flags of some kind). A bit more clarity in the rocks/poles would add a solid base to contrast the wind effect.

Unfortunately, I think the color is a little too bland and the sky just sorta depresses me.

If the tops of those flag poles weren't blurry this would come across a little stronger. I guess the whole pole could be moving. Hmmm, hadn't considered that. Unfortunately, the first reaction is that it's blurry and many viewers aren't going to slow down enough to try and see what is happening here (it's VERY windy). Did you do something to alter the sky color in post-processing? Haven't seen that hue before in a natural condition. Hope you were bundled up - it looks COLD! :D Anyway, best of luck to you in the challenge.
