 This need an aggressive hit to contrast to look like the scene did when I shot it. The image straight from the camera was very flat.

Rotate and crop to 10x8 aspect ratio.
Noise Reduction.
Cloned out some small distractions.
Set the white point using levels.
Increased contrast with curves.
Overlay Gradient on the sky to darken the clouds.
Dodging and burning on the clouds to increase contrast.
Downsample to 512x640.
Sharpen.
Added border.
Save for web.

5.3!!!! you know it's one of these shots, that are really good yet scores so low and no one can give you an explanation, really fantastic tones, i would have loved to b e in this place!

Might be rather cliche for some folks, but I personally find this stunning. I am a huge sky/sunset fan and I could really spend some time enjoying this one. Very beautiful.

Nice sunset. I little different angle or position to eliminate the railing in the lower right corner would make it even better.
