Having read your description of how you achieved this shot, I rescind my comment about no bokeh; when commenting before, I had thought you had achieved the effect in PS. I think it a lovely photo, as I did before, but I am even more impressed with your technical skill now I know the techniques you used.

I'm pretty disappointed in the way this one ranked. I'm going to study it a little later after I get off work. I really thought this one had the "wow" factor. At any rate, lovely image.

Great expression capture. Wonderful clarity in the eyes. You did a great job getting making it look as though your subject is looking up at the bokeh. That is a very clever idea. The soft focus of the arm and hand is a bit of a distraction but otherwise is a beautifully crafted image.
