Seems a little dark and though I understand that it was probably moving, it does not convey wind very well. Perhaps a longer exposure and see some more motion?

Meets the challenge, yes, but is otherwise kind of bland as a standalone picture (unless an ad for Ontario Power, inc which case you'll want to brighten it up a bit.)

Neat idea. Would have a little more impact I think if there was more motion blur. Also seems underexposed (dark). Good luck.
