| My favorite of yours so far. Very dreamy feeling with beautiful natual colors and a calming effect to it. Nice job on the editing. This looks like it could illustrate a poem, story or book. |

In the original i did use a mid-aperture so most of the shot including the hillside and beach was in focus.
I chose to blur them in my post processing afterwards.
I prefer the unblurred shot myself, but that's the reason i added this shot to get opinions.

I'm not an expert by any means ... but I'll give this a shot ...
First off, I love the grand feeling of this shot, but the subject seems a little small for the composition. Maybe a greater DOF would have worked here as well, bringing the hillside and the sky into sharper focus. I love the touch of water on the lower right side, it creates some nice balance.
All in all, nice shot :) |
