I like your photo but question your title with the man, which I assume is the main subject, being out of focus?

Fun to see some of these in color, including people, and a real working train/railroad environment. You've done a nice job putting this together. The technicals are all in place. The two figures give the viewer a nice focal point and keep the interest in the body of the image. Nice job. Good luck in the challenge.
