 LÚXUS SMÁKÖKUR

Uppskrift (Auðveld)

6 dl. Haframjöl, malað í mixer
4 1/2 dl. Hveiti
1/2 tsk. Salt
1 tsk. Lyftiduft
1 tsk. Matarsódi
1 tsk. Vanillusykur
250 gr. Smjör
2 1/3 dl. Sykur
2 1/3 dl. Púðursykur
2 Egg
160 gr. Lúxus Suðusúkkulaði, smátt skorið
3 1/2 dl. Saxaðar heslinhetur

Blandið haframjöli, hveiti, salti, lyftidufti, matarsóda og vanillusykri saman. Blandið smjöri sykri og púðursykri mjög vel saman. Setjið svo út í þetta haframjölsblönduna og svo eggin. Að lokum blandið súkkulaðinu og heslihnetunum saman við. Hnoðið í deig, búið til litlar kúlur og bakið á plötu í miðjum ofni við 190°C í 12-16 mínútur.

I like the composition, but I am very much interested in the recipe. Could you or any friend of you translate it to english?

this one really makes me hungry for cookies and milk for sure! Nice selection for the glass, the blue on the rim definitely boosts the eye appeal!

jummy??? LOL! Different title, not sure if you meant to do that but you get points for originality, LOL! As for the shot, yes, cookies and milk, the perfect afterschool snack. I like the overall composition and positioning of the shot but the cookies are dwarfed by the glass of milk and if the glass was full instead of 1/2 full (yes I'm an optimist) I would score much higher on this one. I'm starting at a 6 but I will be back.

One of my favorite desserts! I like the simple composition. Lighting looks ok. Perhaps a different colored background would make the images stand out more though - can't be sure. The only thing I would've changed was the glass - though it gives that oomph of color, I find the blue band distracting and the light seems to diffuse oddly with it. That may be due to the background as well though. Still a nice shot! 6

I'll go 9. I can only think that the lighting doesn't quite work for me. Perhaps just a tiny bit from the left may have helped.... Brighten up that outside cookie edge just a hair. Sorry I'm being so picky.
