 Shot RAW. In RE6, desaturated, fill light jacked way up, exposure too. Highlight contrast -100 and shadow contrast +100. Then converted to jpg. In PSCS, some garbage cloned out, resized, USM and SFW.

This is a brilliant photo, and I don't want to take anything from it, but do you sort of feel off balanced somehow? I like it, and voted high, but each time I look at it something seems just a little off, I dunno maybe the lights. Owe yeah the way you exposed those lights is super cool.

I quite like the centered perspective. The only detraction is the cars on the left - maybe you should have had them towed. (Just kidding!)

Well done, like the lighting, perspective and dark foreground. My tastes run towards less of a centered or balanced look though.
