 Platform at Charing Cross station, shot from the bridge on the north-eastern side. Dual conversion from RAW, combined in Photoshop, plus curves, contrast, brightness and Neat Image adjustments.

The sign, in full, reads 'Welcome to London Charing Cross' - but it is conveniently arranged to make this crop possible.

Although this photo is interesting, a mix of contrasts, angles, and circles, it is very hard for me to relate this to railroads or trains. Yes, I was able to pick out the rails in the forground behind the cross braces, but if I didn't know what I was looking for, I don't know if I would have spotted them.

Nice PP. I love how you used the bridge(or whatever it is) to block out certain elements and accentuate others.

This train will shortly be arriving at London Charing Cross :o) Nice dramatic sky and I like the editing you have done. Just spotted the sign but fear that with all the 'railings' this may put the voters off. I like it though, a route I have travelled many times :o)
