I have had this picture in my favorites for ages. Everytime I look at it, I think how wonderful & powerful it is. As a horse owner, I appreciate not only the beauty of this shot, but the emotion tied to it with your perfect title. A horse is such a faithful companion when they love you. This image, with your title, moves me in a sad but happy way. It always seems to bring a lump to my throat every time I view it. It is one of my most favorite horse photos ever.

This is great, I can feel the age and the lightinf on the mountain is perfectly matched to the lines of the horse. great eye!

Wow...what a heartbreaking picture. And so the old soul of this horse unfolds his poignant life story through your camera. Now, this capture is what I would call PHOTOGRAPHY! (which I marked as a fav). Well done.

There is a geyser in Yellowstone National Park, in the USA, called Old Faithful (it's the best known geyser in Yellowstone). It's beautiful to see a horse by the same name. I like the treatment very much.
