| Image is split in half. Perhaps get a little more sky in the photo to move the dividing line down. |

I don't get a sense of 'urban', nor do I see a picture of buildings (plural). Otherwise, nicely composed. |

| I think this would have been a more effective shot had you cropped more off the bottom. I realize you liked the reflection of the chapel, but there is too much uninteresting foreground in the image. |

i would say it's a bit overexposed - can see it in the sky and the building
