 Poly X is the big brother of my two pet caterpillars. I rescued them from certain death, in my garden, and they have, since, been enjoying a life of leisure on my desk.

They make excellent pets and do not even need a cage. Poly X is getting close to pupation; and since he's spent most of his life indoors, I decided to take him out to the garden for dinner. He gave it 5 stars, and is now trying to decide whether he wants a green or brown chrysalis cover. We should know his decision within the next couple of days.

In answer to Elliottjms's question; here is a description of the setup (which is not, at all, elaborate).

Ahhh, yes. We have these guys from time to time...voracious eaters, especially parsley.
