| I think a tripod, or at least bracing the camera on a pole or something should have been done to eliminate the blur. |

| This just feels to me like a pretty bad snapshot. Had the women been sharp and in focus and maybe a tighter crop given to the image you would have had a better image. As it is though it just feels messy. |

| I dont like the composition in this picture. contrast? don't like it.... and this is blurry not showing bokeh. I'll give you a 2. Just one tip.. try not to center your pics |

You might have been trying for "out of focus" using camera shake instead of DOF. I think your going to get reamed.
Artistically, this could be framed better - tighten in around your subjects. Everything else is just confusing. Is it a cityscape? Is it a playground? Is it a portrait? How do these elements interact? |

| I can't see that there are any bokeh effects beyond the overpowering camera shake. |
