I really enjoy the atmosphere of this photo, I think it'd be a bit better to see a bit more of the person, maybe the back of their head and more the the shoulder. Other than that I like the idea. |

This is a great shot. Clean and I love the disappearing figure into the light. Perfect color tones too. I think the border would look a wee bit nicer if it were thinner and done in a slightly softer brown tone. Back to bump you up to 9. Great idea for the challenge. |

Fantastic image. Duotones work great and the impact of the light is strong. Well done. One of my top picks of the challenge. |

The title doesn't strike me so much as matching the shot (it might if the subject were just peeking around the open door rather than stepping right through), but I do like the lighting, color, and coposition of the shot. 6. |

What's behind the door? What fear is this person facing? Questions that make a great photograph. Nice work. |

I like this shot. What keeps it from really getting me excited is the weird perspective problems. Left side of the door frame is off kilter, top is off kilter, right side is vertically correct. So basically, the smallest section of the background is the one that is nicely lined up. Might have worked better if the left side where your subject is was straight up. Believe this is a function of the angle you held your camera at and the distance you were from the door given the focl length of your lense. but whatever, I'll leave the physics to someone who knows. It just bothers my eyes. Other than that, the lighting itself is nice and well captured. Good job. |

Sweet concept, nice execution. I'd like to see a little more shadow density. |
