Last day of the challenge I left work at lunchtime looking for urban interest. Of many shots I considered, this one of the sun blazing from a grimey window, with the sad human attempt at lighting on a warped pole and all the ugly associated wiring really suited my mood. Our God is an awesome God!

Great colors I like the detail.

The light reflecting from the window is so bright that it threw your meter off and underexposed your shot. The lens flare is a little distracting also.

I really want to say something mean, but I realize you took time to take this and to post it, so it means something to you. Maybe a better angle of view would have given you a more interesting composition and helped you avoid the extreme flare.

The bright reflection of the sun really sucks the contrast out of this image. Curves could probably fix it.

sorry I don't care for the glare at all.

The window glare could have been softened somewhat with a uv filter.

maybe a diffferent time of day - the sun's reflection does nothing

Strange title since I don't see any human lighting?

The title makes me want to see the street light on - as they often used to be before the they got the timeswitch working right.

But nicely seen.

The glare in the window is a bit overpowering. The lighting is good, which makes the color of the bricks and blue sky really pop out.

I like the photo but wish it was sharper. I guess it could be the website. Nice shot

I think that the reflection kills the shot unfortunately as it's so bright. The surface of the bulding is a bit soft - it would have been nice to see more detail in the brickwork.

Had to check the title, I guess the reflection was intentional. I like the contrast you are proposing but it would have been improved had the street light been on.
