It's well lit, and well focused, no so "complaints" there The composition kinda doesn't fit for me, though. It feels out of balance. The paper being upside down gives it a feeling of being an accident, and the cup being in the middle of the vertical frame both add to the unbalance, I think. Maybe if the crop was a bit wider so that the whole cup was included (not that I mind things being out of frame)and if you had more of the window to the top and left. Oh yea, turn the paper upside down. Obviously just my opinion, because I'm not sure of the spatial constraints you had (or didn't have).

Did you realize you had almost a perfect voting bell curve on this picture? I thought that was kind of interesting.

Now your talking! A good cup of tea! I like the light on the paper from the window and good use of DOF. Only thing I would have liked is a little better light on the cup :o)

I thought this was pretty neato actually. A cuppa and paper in the warm morning light... great start to the day. Loved the fact that it was a cup of tea instead of coffee. Reminds me I might have to lay off the beans for a while myself :) Reckon the oof background makes for good bokeh too! :D

I would have like to see the entire cup.

interesting choice to place the paper upside down. seems like an excellent opportunity to make a statement, though you have chosen not to. Focus needs to be dead on if you're going to try this kind of shot.

5: I like the lights on the paper and how it is reflected in the cup. The teabag isn't prominent anough as I first thought it was a reflection

Railings in back are a bit distracting
