Strong idea, good execution, composition, lighting, DOF. (Manual) focus on eye would be better, as the towel stands out a little too sharply / too much.

Outstanding portrait. Lighting is fantastic. The towel is a nice touch. Very clever! Having him applying mascara works very well. Model is beautiful and that sure doesn't hurt this photo a bit.
