Really like the unusual angle you have chosen here and your processing suits the subject nicely. I would like to see a little more detail/textures in the building and the windows in the bottom section are a little distracting. I think if there was a little more break in the cloud on the lower right would help too (IMHO) :o)

I like this shot. Though the edges around the top of the dome are a bit jagged. It's especially noticeable against the bright clouds. I have the same problem when I convert to B/W. This shot makes the Dome look as big as it really is. I hope I get a chance to get back there one day.
