First entry with my new cam. Had fun shooting this, waiting for the damn pigeons to take off. Had the cam in single frame advance, but the cam has a great buffer so I was able to fire off about three seperate shots as they finally took off. Just too bad the sky was so bland and grey.

Beautifully done! Wonderful variety of colors, nice tones, fabulous detail. I like the capture of the birds, it adds a lot of interest to this photo and conveys a certain mood. Wonderful composition...I could go on and on about this photo! A 10!

This is such a beautiful church and capturing the birds in flight was such a nice touch. If only that darn building wasn't in the background but then again it lends a sense of the present to the shot. The only other thing that throws me just a bit is the angle of shot, can't quite put my finger on it because the building brings you in from the left and takes you all around the shot, I think it's the patch of grass in the front, the shape or something, I know, nit picky. I'm raising my score on this one by at least 5 points :)

Look like TO. Like the colours and contrast between old and new. The birds are bonus and liven up the image. Too bad you didn\\\'t have blue sky when you took this (beyond your control). 7

Should we be looking at the birds or the buildings?

Nice image. The light color of the building really helps the one bird stand out. I like the colors.

Wow, fantastic use of complementary colours. Great study in contrasts. Shame about the bird that's been cut in half by the spire. An unusual take on the challenge. 8
