A very nice image, Several issues I see - more than one subject, both are faceless. The title does tell me that you (Dad) are the subject, but you are very much cropped out of the frame. I'd also agree with the lots of distractions here. Nice job overall, but "average" seems to be the prevalent voter sentiment. Hope some of that was useful. :)

On one hand I am happy you got the score you did - but from a non partisan side I think you were robbed here. I scored this a 7 inchallenge. As a dad of two young ones I think you nailed this shot and I was glad to see it in the challenge. Well done and painfully underrated.

I like this concept, but there are a lot of distracting elements in this photo. Maybe converting to B&W would help. I'd also play around with perspective on this one. Good luck!
