WOW! The song, "Blinded by the light" comes to mind when I view this shot! ;) Where did I put those shades so I can sing, "I wear my sunglasses at night" :)
Okay, enough bad song references, on to the shot. This is a very interesting shot, very busy, lots of color, lots of light, this works both for you and against you. The colors, the headlights and taillights are wonderful but the street lights have become distracting because of the prolonged exposure. To bad you couldn't get the city to turn them off for you :) I'm raising my original score by at least 4 more points. |

I gave you a lower score. Sorry.
But, I do have some suggestions. You have a haze over the entire image. This would suggest to me that it is overexposed. Also, if you could find a less busy location that has a curve or something, the car lights would create a more interesting pattern. Try to avoid places that have multiple light sources close to where you will be shooting from. |

| abit overexposed, dun u think?? if it was kept slightly underexposed, the reds might be more intense and not over taken by the white lights offered by the on coming traffic. |

| an adjustment in the white balance would have help a lot, so it wouldn't be so yellow. |

| Nice try at long exposure but I have seen better ones in the this particular challenge. However compostion is good and if the rules would allow it in PP some work to reduce the brightness in theforeground but increase the shadow detail in the background. |

| A little faster shutter speed would have been better to have those lights less blown out, otherwise good! |
