This would be such a great ad. The only thing not working for me is the dof. It is so shallow that even by the time you get to the P in Pepsi you have already lost focus. It also makes it hard to tell what is in the background without looking at the title and doing a bit of thinking. At first look I thought it was a crumpled scarf and a candy cane. I think if it was increased just a small amount it would add a lot to the image. But the more I sit on this image the more I think that maybe that was your intention. Maybe by making the viewer look longer at the image and think more about it you are accomplishing what most ads cannot...holding the viewers attention. Ok, now I'm just rambling. I'm not taking anything off of my vote for the dof because I've talked myself into a state of un-decidedness on it. Great photo 7. |

I like this photo, it makes me laugh. The title could have been...crucshing the competition! :o) |

Great comp, presentation, DOF and focus. I like the play on their ad campaign. Comp lends itself well to text placement and presentation is very attractive. |

I'm assuming that's a diet coke can... I think the image may have been better with a bigger depth of field so that viewers would not have to guess as much. But I love the concept and composition. |

I can't make out what's in the background and I think it's a substantial part of your message here based on your title. |

I'm afraid I find the background quite confusing. |

I would imagine the background is a crushed can, but it hard to make out. Very good idea, but a differnet DOF may have helped this photo. |

I don't understand the title at all or what is behind the can that is out of focus. |
