love this sort of shot ...
THE SIMPLICITY ....
a definite WOW from me ...
i've now looked at some of the other entries in this challenge ... and this should've done heaps better coz its fantastic shot ... and it totally satisfies the challenge ...
here's something that i've become quite fond of quoting, thanks to shamer and i hope he doesnt mind! .. "I'd trust the average DPC voter to spot a great a photo like I'd trust my 3yo to drive me cross country blindfolded"
and of course they dont get it wrong all the time!!!

| I think the gradient in this picture makes it both good but a little off the high contrast appeal |

| nice image. Did you try cropping a little more off the bottom, so that the horizon is not centered vertically. Keep the interesting horizon, and the wonderful colors of the sky (removing the boring black stuff) |
