I too spent some time in the cemetary this past week.....I discovered that tombstones are a much more difficult subject than I had anticipated. I think this would have more impact if taken without the bright sun in the background.....=5 syamjonimi |

Very pretty shot that, in my honest opinion, is cropped too tightly. |

might have been more effective with a "darker light" |

Best use of gravestones as a subject so far. |

This is sooooo good! I like the stone at an angle, off in the distance, otherwise, I would have asked you to crop to THE stone (the gravestones to the left are just a little distracting). The only other suggestion I might offer would be about the time of day, the words on the gravestone might have appeared slightly easier to read if the sun were on them, instead of behind them. This is great work! 9 Swash |

A very interesting tombstone with the creepy skull at the top. |

It's old alright, but I wish the sun had been on this side. It is starving for light, maybe you could have used a piece of white cardboard or the like to reflect some light onto this side. Autool |

Wow that's the death angel on the top. What a cool old tombstone. A ground up photo of it with the tiny flowers in front would be too awesome. I would love to see a photo of this done like that. Shiiizzzam |

Removing the bird dropings would have been a good idea.Eliminating the out of focus clutter in the background would have helped too. |

A close-up of the stone might have been a much better shot. |
