Amazing that you shoud have a camera at hand for this. What incredible photojournalism. ; )

This is a pretty good interpretation of the challenge. Nice focus on the train, a little soft on the victim (IMHO). I would have liked a little more DOF. As far as composition, is that really a train (you're too close to tell what it is...)? Is she really on train tracks (looks like a barn floor or something)? The glasses and the t-shirt kinda detract from the feel you get with the B/W treatment here also. Still a great entrie!

Nice sense of danger from the model!

If only the expression on the subject's face didn't look so fake...

Excellent photo, beautiful model

Good concept and setup. I like that you used b&w. There are few things that could be fixed - the darks lost all deatils, the right upper corner hightlights are blown out, the whole image could be rotated very slightly counterclockwise (it's leaning towards right), and the person should be more in focus than the train.

A wonderful, living topic!

A fun shot! the model has done a fine job with her expression and the light that is coming from the right of the image makes for a feeling of movment and inpending doom.Nice job with the contrast and use of B&W. 7

An excellent idea for the challenge without a doubt and the overall shot is good but to me, to make it more realistic I would have had the legs showing they were bound to the hands rather than just the rope leading down to them and be cut off. Also, possibly have her also actually tied to the track in some manner.

I wish I could see just a little more of the train or tracks here to make it more convincing without the title. I'll bet the surroundings don't allow that, though. Still, very well done. 7.

Something doesn't look right here. I think it's because the girl looks out of focus and maybe pasted into the picture. I'm not saying it is, just looks that way to me.

Good idea nicely executed. The model has a great expression and the backlighting gives it a stark, nightmarish effect. Need some motion blur on the train. ;-)

I think I would like this more if there was more distance from the woman. I want to see more of her and the train to be able to place the whole picture in context. The model has a convincing expression. She is soft and so is the train. Fun, but needs more work.

cooooool...

Since her head is not tied down, I hope that she was able to flip over and only let her feet be taken. Not that it's good to be run over either way... Good nightmare.

Reminds me of Dudley Do-Right! Whoo! I wish she was sharp though, rather than the train

This made me laugh! It could easily be a scene from an old western movie. Well executed :-) Just a pity you can see it is in a room and not outside (9)

Very 1950s horror film. her look is so fake that it almost becomes funny. The point is that this is often how dreams are - mixed signals etc. Combine it with the technical quality, and I am convinced this picture is gonna do a lot better than mine. (10)

great idea, but sadly slightly off focus. Also no train tracks.

How did you get the camera out of the way in time so that you could download the picture? ;)

Nice idea, works well with nightmare, like that it is in black and white. Her face is a bit blurred, (as is her hand but in the hand it does not bother me)
