it is dark and foreboding...but with out the title I do not get a sense of dream or nightmare. is a nice image though.

The bottom of the image is gloomy and dark and definitely dream-like, but the top is bright and cheery which throws it off. I do like the symetry of it. Why not photograph the bell tower if that's what you are affraid off.

What? Trapped in the bell-tower, I've never heard of this dream before. Anyway, if the bell tower is the theme, you should have zoomed in on it leaving only half of the main building in the shot.

That would be a bit frightening. But for me, this picture doesn't really convey that nightmare, if you had focused just on the bell tower itself, maybe a shot from the bottom looking up with a dark sky would have really worked for me.

I like this building, even if the tower is a bit skewed. Could be a bit sharper. Barely meets the challenge.

While you're up there, check on Quasimodo for me. Nice tones in this shot are dark and imply a sense of danger. The lines lead to the central door, though, and not to the bell tower; is this where you want my attention to go?

Very dark, and the picture gives no impression of nightmare - especially not the one in the title. (2)
