PP included a bunch of stuff: crop, levels/curves, Mr. Contrast filter, Aetherize filter, dodge/burn brush, airbrush, color shift, save for Web.

The processing on this leads me to think you're a vampire. The greyish skin, kinda scaley, and the haunting blue eyes.
