I voted a 5 here because.. it took me a long while to figure out what you were trying to accomplish.. Maybe if the tree were more prominent it would be more obvious.. Or maybe I'm just stupid :)

I like it! But it took me longer than it should have to "get it" ... maybe I'm a bit dense ... but maybe a better photo would draw the eye to the tree more quickly

????? I do not get this one, I looked at last night and again today trying to figure out what you are talking about. If it's the tree in the parking space I don't get it. The shot could have been cropped tighter to bring more attention to the subject you are talking about and maybe lightened just a bit.
