Indeed ironic, shame the photo wasn't lit better. Nasty amounts of noise in the background, along with a strong red/orange colour cast. Did you set the white balance? Avoidable glare from thermometer and pill packet. Not a strong composition. 3

I find it ironic that this is American money, but the thermometer is in Celsius -- what is a high temperature in Celsius? No American would probably know that -- to Americans normal body temperature is 98.6 F.

I personaly don't like the angle. Subject matter is pretty good though. i feel that you could have used even more props and used a different arangement.
