My apologies. I know I'm supposed to write something deep and philosophical but I was distracted by the ultra writings of Deb's comments below. So, the best I can come up with is...

"Ditto"

This is just awesome and so perfect for this challenge.....
I believe it should have done so much better re score and position.
The textures in the cracked surface are amazing and allow the bottom layers of colors to peep through, to the surface...... I love to know what this is.....

Greetings from the unofficial Reaction Club

I'm coming back to this one because it fascinates me. I don't know what the subject is and I don't have any desire to try to figure it out either. I think that's probably the sign of a well done abstract. I like it (as I said before) for the calmness within the appearance of disorder, the colors, and the lines. And while I'm definitely a lines/curves kinda person, I'm usually a black and white person - so bonus points for making the color integral to this presentation.

I didn't get a chance to vote in this one, but had I done so, this would probably have been my top pick. Texture, color, lines.. all work together really well here. There's the sense of disintegration yet with a strange calmness and order to the disorder. Very well seen, captured, and presented.
