One of my first photos with my new fisheye lens. It really pulls in a lot of the scene, it's totally different than what I'm used to for landscapes. The trees on the top were actually a ways behind me, but since the angle of view is so huge, just pointing it up a little took them into the frame.
I do a lot of star trails shots, and I've even entered a few here, but I try to work out a few flaws every time I do one, and this is the latest :P
Edited it quite a bit, contrast masking, curves, levels, hue/sat, color balance, gray overlay painting/dodge/burn, cloned out a lot of hot pixels and specks.
I'm hoping for a 6+. |

Validated? Why did this need to be validated? I have always wanted to try this. Looks like the north star was in a good spot and give a great circular feel. |

I would have removed the lights, as they are distracting...otherwise a very nice astro shot |

Great job with the star trails, 106mins is a long time and you did a good job keeping everything sharp. |

Amazing shot, so well captured. It deserves a 12, but I can only give it a 10 :-) |

That's a bizarre effect that you've captured, not seen it before at any rate. Nice image. |

I can't wait to see how you pulled this off. Over 100 minutes? Bumping score just out of admiration. |
