I like the way the sheep are not the subject of this - rather the graphic shapes made by the fences. |

I think this is a wonderful picture. I like that I am drawn to the fence but then when I look in the corner I see these sheep. The title is great too |

Lines, lines everywhere, but where do they lead? |

this shot is partitioned into sections that compete for attention. that little fragment in the lower left is a rich surprise when the eye finally gets there, and is foiled perfectly by the impossibly dark shadow of lower right. It looks like a fenced off section of darkness. In fact, this photo reminds me of nothing so much as a Judgement Day painting, with the "sheep" being separated from the "goats." The distant background is that Heaven we will never attain. This is one of my personal ribbon winners and a fave. |

Its very intesresting photo... sheeps in foreground and fences leading to other sheeps in background and then the landscape too. I think there is enough subject to take three pictures :). Maybe bit too busy but nice done. |

Very beautiful image. Technically, scores high. In relation to the challenge, medium to high. Even if the tones in the sky are beautiful, for me it is removing the eyes from the interest point (the intersection of the fences, with the sheeps). Big black shadow in the foreground is also distracting. Seeing more sheeps would have been good I'll guess. Nice work on the B/W rendition. |

a good idea but there are burned areas in the whites and noise in the sky. too dark the area in lower right side. |

Lovely. From your title, I make the fenced sheep the subject. I like that they are counterbalanced by grazing sheep on the diagonal. I wonder whether it would matter if you flip this horizontally. I'm really digging the depth of focus and the expanse of land that you captured here. Good tonality too. Interesting beyond the challenge... way to go :) |
