Peak foliage is almost here in Vermont. This is a view from the deck of my parent's beautiful home. I used a circular polarizer.

Post-editing included: boost of saturation before conversion from RAW, slight Levels adjustment, and slight dodging of shadowy area in lower left. Also slight dodging of upper right and upper left sky. Slight clone of a cloud. Sharpened .4. The only problem I have with this shot is the very dark area in the lower left. Otherwise, I am very happy with the exposure, subject and composition. I hope others enjoy this Autumn landscape.

Beautiful landscape, and an excellent capture of the colors, but I find that my eyes are drawn out of the image to the left, and theres no elements that bring them back in. Try keeping leading lines in mind when composing the shot, and an image like this one will be a much more powerful photograph.
