 These are poppy pods. Yeah, lotsa seeds in them but no seeds visible. I'm sure I'll get killed for that but what the hell ...... I like the shot anyhow.

Strictly speaking, this is not seeds, but the picture is brilliant! I admire bold cropping - one always tends to play it safe and keep all edges in. Not sure about artsy border stuff, but that's minor. Also, how did you tone it?

I like this one, but not to keen of the self stripe, on the inside of the border, as it distracts me from the image.
