 wow, i'm happy as a puppy :-)
nice placing with this photo, i really dind't expect this ... it is not a ribbon but i'm happy. as a proof that i didn't expect much with this photo is that i didn't fill in details about the photo as i usually do ... so i'm doin' it now ... LOL

just to explain postprocessing:

The sharpness and contrast of the white lines on the pavement going into and parallel to the soft foggy back ground makes for a strong image for me. Very good.

This is a great shot. The path leads my eyes right around the curve in the road. I also like the fog that's covering the trees in the background.

Must be very fresh road...the contrast feels almoust artificial but its nice.

Very bold tonal differences between the striping and pavement, a very strong attention grabber. The trees in the mist compliment wonderfully. Definitely one of the most pulling leading lines of the batch. Hopefully this is not being hammered by those that think there has to be a subject at the other end of a leading line. Beautiful!
