| I love the tones in this one. This is a great example of the type of shots that should win- nicely composed but not overly orchestrated shots. It does not look contrived. I really can't say enough about this; except, I am glad you won. Nice job. |

Congratulations on your ribbon.
It's interesting that the Blue ribbon winner is a picture of glassware. There's a poster at the schools I teach at which just shows glassware with a blue background, so it's one that I thought of doing. I had access to test tubes and stuff .... but getting effective lighting was the problem (and laziness). |

I love the light on the glass beaker. The focus is very good. But the bright band of light on the right over powers the photo.

Brilliant !
