| The sort of shot that demands you are on site for sunrise or sunset. Bad time of day here with harsh light washing out the colors and destroying any chance for interesting shadows. |

| I like the tree placement but the horizon in the middle of the image makes it a little boring to me. |

| The tree is nice but you've made the foreground and sky equal in size, cropping off the foreground would have been much nicer.. |

| it meets the challenge. however, it's a just a picture of a tree on a hill. The lighting on the hill and sky doesn't help the pic. 5 |

| Single trees are not so easy to find (especially in a large city where I am). I can understand a search for a candidate is hard. The colours are nice and subtle on this image. |
