The Tree seems out of focus, need to work on lighting, and post processing too.

composition: unfortunately, it's just a tree in a carpar with some buildings in the background. it's boring to look at. everything around the tree takes away from the picture.
Lighting: the sky isn't adding to the photo and it's hard to tell what the lights in the tree are.

It's a nice tree shaped tree. If you switch the camera's white balance mode to tungsten you would have achieved a blacker, more night-like image.

Busy composition with cars and building, etc. Fuzzy and unsharp, the lights in the tree are difficult to appreciate.

What are all those bits of light? It looks like a crazy hair-do! I find it interesting, but not really compelling. Maybe with a slightly better white balance it would work better.
