I am almost positive I will get beat up for this but I it is interesting to use a technique that I am sure that nobody else in this challenge would dare use. I am also sure I will get voted low because people think this was done in Photoshop. It was done with a zoom on a slow shutter by rotating the zoom ring while depressing the shutter.

The zoom implies movement while a tree usually says stability. I don't get the use of this technique for a tree picture.

if this is a motion blur from ps then I'm sure it will be disqualified.. this is one of those images that probably started off looking great but you don't know when to stop processing!

Your effect makes this work very well. 9

Don't know if this is a in camera zooming shot or a motion filter, but it doesn't really help the image. And the horizon is titled.

What is there to say about this image except: Totally, utterly Love It. Such a change from the majority of quite dull entries.

love the impact... but the blur is a lil bit to hard...

The colors are really good. I think this would have been a great shot without the filter. This is hard to look at.

I wish it were a little more subtle. as is, it's distracting and not easy on the eyes.

Well done! You added some creativity to a more traditional composition and it workd beautifully for me. A more blue sky would have had more impact maybe. 8

cool. I like it, and I hope others do as well. I also hope you did the zoom "in camera" so to speak, so this wont be DQ'd after challenge.
the title is the weak link, but for the life of me I can't think of a better one. best of luck

Would like to see this without the "Zoom Zoom"

It's an agressive effect but does work well. It's hard to say now, of course, but if that was a wheat field then the image might have been pretty nice without so much zoom.

Zoom technique just doesn't work for me in this image...it throbs but why?
