 I was at the hospital while my mother was giving birth and I saw these two pigeons \"flirting\" with each other. I figured this is a behavioral act thus qualifies for chemistry. It could also be looked at as the chemistry between the two animals. taken just before noon. I sepia-ed the photo, darkened it, and pushed the contrast up a little bit.

Critique Club Review:

Focus is soft, image comes across as out of focus as opposed to a soft focus, if that is what you were going for.

I would have preferred the image lighter/brighter. Sepia is an interesting twist.

I realize the pigeons are where the pigeons are. However, all the architectural lines and angles are a little distracting.

Overall a creative interpretation to the challenge.

I like the idea, and the sepia tones. I wish the focus were a lot sharper and the birds had more detail to them

A little blurry. And though I understand what you're trying to convey, I think that kind of chemistry would have been better portrayed by humans.

the contrat seems a little flat to me, can't distiguish a lot of detail within the birds.

It does not seem like the heads of the pigeons are in focus. I would like it more if the focus and lighting was better.

good idea, and well spotted. a bit too grainy, too soft and too small to really do the job though.

Unsharp, needs contrast and the sepia tone is over the top, bottom 15 for me.
