 Day 3: typical after a long day.

I don't have a remote shutter-release for my 30D yet, so i actually dusted off the Nikon 8800 for this :o\

I love the DOF here and just the general feel of the picture. If I had to guess, I'd say you were playing blues.

I really like your use of DOF and your expression; like you're really into the music. The lighting is a bit off, with the glare on the wall and the brightness of your left hand, but otherwise a great shot.

I love the concentration you your face and the choice of focusing on the hands with a shallow DOF. Good work.

Robert, you've got a great feel to this shot. The expression is wonderful and the DOF works very well here. The lighting is working against you here with the front hand a bit too bright and the funky lighting on the back wall with some harsh shadows there too.

BTW, you've got a wonderful look and a great presence on camera. Your wife is blessed.

yeah, fantastic POV and DOF. i like hwo youve closed your eyes makes it look like your "feeling" the music. adds alot.
