This is in NH. Route 93, around exit 35. Unfortunately it's not an deserted area. Nice area though.
Mt. Cannon ski area. You can take the ski tram up the mountain to this viewing tower. |

Thanks. I had wanted to crop more of the sky, however I also wanted to keep that single cloud on the upper right corner. :) |

Thanks. This is one of my favorite photos from my camping trip. I think I need to pump up my colors though. It's quite dull compared to the other photos submitted. |
